The brief

Our client needed greater control over when and where documents were couriered to. Their current system did not follow the process end to end leaving management unable to tell if appointments were being kept or if the correct documentation was being supplied to customers.

The solution

By carrying out end to end process mapping the Lunar Development Team were able to identify key system points. These points could be used to update the client on what was happening with each booked appointment. The Lunar CRM also identified when key system points had been missed or had not been completed on time sending an automated report to the client’s management team.

The result

The client had immediate increased operational control of the business. The Lunar CRM ensures that the correct documents were supplied for each appointment. As a consequence of the system change customer service levels improved as did the performance of the individual couriers.
