If you're experiencing any problems with your Lunar CRM please contact our support team via the Admin -> My Support section of your CRM. Users who do not have access to this area should contact their line managers.

If you are reporting system problem then please visit our Status Page for known problems.


Third Party Support

All third party support requests MUST be raised via our mutual client in the first instance. They will provide you with an email address and Ticket ID for you to use to contact us.
