Hate the Chase? Using Automated and Efficient Invoicing with your Bespoke CRM

Is there any better feeling than an invoice being paid on time (or even early)? We don’t think so. However, sometimes chasing invoices and getting paid on time can be a little bit tricky, especially when you’ve got lots of clients on the go.

Informed Decisions: The Importance of Using Data to Drive Decision Making for your Busimess

Some things never change, like the importance of cash flow in a business, for example. Money will always be the blood pumping life into an organisation – it’s the very foundation of what we know about business, after all.

But some things do change, among them our reliance on data. That’s not to say that data hasn’t always played an important role in business. After all, even Victorian market traders needed to know which of their products was the most popular, and whether or not they were getting the best deal from their supplier.

It’s the 21st Century, however, and our supply of data – as well as our reliance on it – has grown exponentially. But how does data affect a business’ journey? Has it really become one of the crucial building blocks of success?

Keep Talking: Improve Calls and Customer Communication with a Bespoke CRM Solution

Last week we talked about staying on the line and keeping the phone as an option for customers to easily get in touch with you. Even with the continuing popularity of social media as many customers’ go-to contact method, it helps to provide additional options for customers that prefer the tried and tested phone call method. Similarly, it’s also beneficial for you to record (within GDPR guidelines) customer data, like phone numbers, to get in touch should the need arise.

As your business grows, and your customer base with it, keeping track of all your customer data can become a bit difficult. Tracking down a phone number and manually typing it into a handset is just a bit too much of a hassle for a fast moving business, we get it.

So what if your CRM could keep accurate records of all that information for you? Call records, phone numbers and a whole host of other data sets can easily be captured and found and the click of a button, with a bespoke CRM solution. Let’s take a look at how…

Stay on the Line: Dialler Integration and Keeping Phones Relevant for your Business

You’d think after a long period of a lot of us not being able to see each other in person we’d be eager to end that, and yet the telephone remains an ever popular way for customers to get in touch with businesses. Even as social media and live-chat continues to grow in popularity, dropping the phone really limits your customers’ options to get in touch, and in a lot of cases can really turn people off your business.

There’s reassurance in seeing you can get right in touch with a business (during business hours) when you see a phone number on their website, isn’t there? So why wouldn’t you leave this communication channel open? So let’s talk dialler integration, and why so many businesses are considering it as part of their bespoke CRM package.

Let's Talk About Trust: Why Trusting Your Team Matters Most

One of the most important things in any business is trust. Your whole business is built on it – trust between you and clients, you’ll provide the services they paid for and they’ll pay for said services. Then there’s trust between you and your team. You need to trust that they’ll do their jobs, and they need to trust that you’ll treat them with respect and allow them to perform well in their roles (no micro-managing!).

At the moment in England, government advice is to still work from home if you can. Allowing your team to work remotely requires a lot of trust, both ways. In this instance you want to trust that your team won’t drop productivity, and they want to trust that you’ll be understanding of circumstance where that may happen for legitimate reasons (it is, after all, still quite a stressful time). A lot of your team are also probably trusting you to not unnecessarily force them into an office if they don’t feel safe to do so.

If, however, after just over a year of your team proving they deserve your trust by working from home you’re still having trust issues, perhaps we can help? Let’s talk about trust…
