Making the Offer: 5 Considerations Before Offering Remote Working

The option to work remotely remains a popular demand for job seekers in this candidate led market. For many businesses, it’s an option worth considering – it could save you time and money, not to mention granting you access to a much wider talent pool. It’s also worth considering that many people still have anxiety about returning to offices, even now.

However, before you take the leap to offering remote working, it’s good to take stock. Take a look at the reality of offering remote working, and see what you can reasonably do with the resources available to you.
