Lunar Media felt it could best service the client’s needs by removing the dialler altogether. It was replaced by a Lunar CRM for Contact Centres which uses click to dial technology. To ensure the client was able to make the most from their data the CRM was integrated with the Lunar Lead Delivery Platform.
Our client saw an increase in operational performance as the Lunar CRM allowed them to ensure that the right data was being dialled by the right people at the correct time. The inbuilt scripting and questionnaire ensured a smoother journey for the customer. Operational costs were reduced with the removal of the dialler and the associated reduction in resourcing.
